As per the government’s current advice, telehealth is now only available if you have physically attended for a consultation in the last 12 months OR if:
- Your child (the patient being consulted) is under the age of 12 months
- You are homeless
For an EMERGENCY, please call 000 for immediate assistance or attend your nearest Emergency department.
For routine (6wk/4mth/6mth/12mth/18mth/4yr) childhood checkup and vaccine, please choose the “Childhood checkup AND vaccinations” option. For all other vaccines that are not part of the routine checkups above (eg. Bexsero, hepatitis vaccines, travel vaccines, other), please choose “Standard appointment”.
